- Just a reminder as you make your return reservation, please review our LIST OF ITEMS TO BRING WITH YOUR CHILD.
- Also, please be mindful of the forms required by the State of Wisconsin Child Care licensing. These are required for us to care for your child. If it has been longer than three months since your child has been at LCLA, it is possible they need updated paperwork. Please make sure to check with our teaching team prior to your reservation. Updated enrollment forms can be found by clicking here.
- If your child will be joining us for lunch please make sure the contents of their lunch is labeled so that we can keep all the children with food allergies safe too.
