Little Chicks Learning Academy is a UW-Madison-affiliated and nature-focused early childhood education center, well-known and regarded as a leader in our community.
Founded in 2003, we offer a unique approach to learning and child development through both our Traditional Child Care Program and our Non-Traditional Program. By integrating a free-play and child-led learning environment with our commitment to sustainability, our centers truly offer a one-of-a-kind learning experience for every child.
We are dedicated to inclusivity, compassion, equity of education for all of our children, and support for every family. Because of our deep passion and belief that all families and all children deserve access to quality education and care, we accept children with all levels of skills and abilities.
We make every effort to support all children as long as we have a strong family partnership. We truly are family partners and want to offer compassionate communication and support to our families in need. Our goal is to be a safe place for even the most non-traditional families and students, no matter the circumstance.
We employ over 20 staff, all from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. It is of the utmost importance to Little Chicks Learning Academy that every staff member has an empathetic and deep love for educating young children.
