Our Team

Amanda Wilfert has just become the Director of both the Traditional and Non-Traditional Programs. Amanda began her career with LCLA in August of 2014 as a Lead Infant Teacher, later leading the Toddler/Willow room, and most recently was our programs Assistant Director. Amanda has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Lakeland College. Amanda has been working with children of all ages for almost a decade.

Amanda has time and again shown her strength, compassion, and dedication to the children, families, and staff she works with. Amanda is passionate about high quality, intentional, and loving care being provided to everyone who enters our doors.

Becky Ketarkus is one of the center’s Co-Owners and Administrator.  She is also mom of twelve.  Becky is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing as well as Leadership and Management from George Washington University.  She has always practiced with a passion for Pediatrics.

She brings to the center an expertise in Infant Mental Health, Attachment, and Trauma Informed Care in the school setting.  

Jessie Pindilli is co-owner of Little Chicks Learning Academy.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from UW-Madison, and currently works in a management position at American Family Children’s Hospital.
Jessie began her career at UW Hospital in 1998 and has worked part time since 2006, the inception of Little Chicks. She is dedicated to helping provide quality child care for you and your family. Jessie is married and enjoys being mom to three children.
