Our Team


Chanel Clark has been the Director of both the Traditional and Non-Traditional Centers at Little Chicks Learning Academy since 2015.  She began her career with us in January of 2010. Over the years she has worked as a teacher in both the Traditional and Non-Traditional models. Later, she expressed the desire and ability to be a real leader in our program, and in 2013 she was promoted to Assistant Director. In her time here she has participated in international outdoor trainings,  National Public Policy Forums, sat on the board and  co-chaired the legislative committee for the Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association, and participates in multiple local early childhood education groups.

Chanel believes strongly in our core values of meeting the needs of children and their families, allowing children to grow and explore at their own pace and strives to create a diverse and inclusive environment for the families and staff of Little Chicks Learning Academy. She does this with degrees in Early Childhood Education, Integrative Leadership Studies, and a more than decade of  practical experience.

Becky Ketarkus is one of the center’s Co-Owners and Administrator.  She is also mom of twelve.  Becky is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing as well as Leadership and Management from George Washington University.  She has always practiced with a passion for Pediatrics.

She brings to the center an expertise in Infant Mental Health, Attachment, and Trauma Informed Care in the school setting.  

Jessie Pindilli is co-owner of Little Chicks Learning Academy.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from UW-Madison, and currently works in a management position at American Family Children’s Hospital.
Jessie began her career at UW Hospital in 1998 and has worked part time since 2006, the inception of Little Chicks. She is dedicated to helping provide quality child care for you and your family. Jessie is married and enjoys being mom to three children.
