Are you bringing your child to play with us for the day at LCLA’s Non-Traditional Child Care Center? If so, there are a few things you’ll need to bring with you!
- Paperwork. You can find these forms by clicking HERE. We can not provide care if the forms are not filled out. This is a State of Wisconsin Child Care Licensing requirement.
- Breastmilk, formula and solid baby food of your child’s preference. Please supply any and all food/bottles your child will need for the time they are here. We are required to feed children every 3 hours.
OR
- A sack lunch. Again, once your child is one year old and able to eat table food, we provide a morning and afternoon snack that is served family style with all your child’s new friends!
- Diapers and wipes. If your child is just coming to play with us for the day, please bring disposable diapers. If your child is scheduled to be with us for a contracted period and you would like to use cloth diapers in the center, please speak to us about how we can help with that!
- Extra pair of clothes in case of messy play or accidents.
- We go outside every day, weather permitting. Please bring sunscreen or a sun hat, long sleeves and pants. All exposed skin must be protected from the sun per Wisconsin State Licensing. In the winter, please provide a heavy coat, snow pants, mittens, and warm boots.
