If anything sets us apart the most, it is our Non-Traditional (hourly) Program. In 2003, founders Becky Ketarkus and Jessie Pindilli were working bedside as nurses and recognized that there was a massive need
for hourly child care options for caregivers with unique work schedules. Many families don’t need regular 40 hour/week, Monday through Friday child care, and it’s for those times their becomes a need for Plan B.
Our Non-Traditional Program offers same-day, hour-by-hour reservations that can fit any need our families have. This unique program has allowed us to partner with UW-Madison in supporting their students and staff. Families can choose to use the Non-traditional Program on an as-needed basis, or they can sign a short-term contract for a minimum of 10 hours per week for 5 weeks that fits their needs.
